Tabela Dinâmica: Tabela Dinâmica nas últimas 4 semanas -

Para criar uma tabela dinâmica que mostra as últimas 4 semanas de dados (ou seja, 4 semanas consecutivas), você pode adicionar uma coluna auxiliar aos dados de origem para sinalizar os registros nas últimas 4 semanas e, em seguida, usar a coluna auxiliar para filtrar os dados em a tabela dinâmica. No exemplo mostrado, a data atual é 25 de agosto de 2019 e a tabela dinâmica mostra 4 anteriores completos. Quando novos dados são adicionados ao longo do tempo, a tabela dinâmica continuará a rastrear as 4 semanas anteriores com base na data atual.

Campos

Na tabela dinâmica mostrada, existem quatro campos nos dados de origem: Data, Vendas, Semana e Filtro. O filtro é uma coluna auxiliar com uma fórmula que sinaliza as últimas 4 semanas. Semana é uma coluna auxiliar que retorna a segunda-feira para qualquer data (apenas por conveniência). Vendas é o campo de valor e Semana foi adicionada como um campo de Linha para agrupar por semana:

Fórmula

A fórmula usada em D5 (semana), copiada, é:

=B5-WEEKDAY(B5,3)

Esta fórmula retorna a segunda-feira da semana para qualquer data específica.

A fórmula usada em E5 (Filtro), copiada, é:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-28,B5

This formula checks for dates in the last n weeks. It returns TRUE when a date is in the last 4 complete weeks, and FALSE if not. See the link for a full explanation.

Customizing week count

To customize the weeks displayed, adjust the Filter formula as needed to increase or decrease days. For example, to display the last 6 weeks (42 days), use:



=AND(B5>=TODAY()-WEEKDAY(TODAY(),3)-42,B5

Steps

  1. Add helper column for Week with the formula above
  2. Add helper column for Filter with the formula above
  3. Create a pivot table
  4. Add Sales as a Value field
  5. Add Week as a Row field
  6. Set number formatting for Week as desired
  7. Add helper column as a Filter, filter on TRUE
